The author: Dr. Zaki Mubarak Publisher: Arab Literature Magazine The book dealt with the characteristics of three poets gathered by love and described as the pillars of romance in the Islamic era. These lovers were distinguished by seriousness in love and concern for the dignity of love, not to mention chastity. For them, passion, as the author says in his introduction, is a spiritual law, not childish play or fooling around. The intended poets are Jamil bin Ma'mar, the owner of "Buthaina," and "Kuthayr bin Abdulrahman," nicknamed Kuthayr Azza, and Al-Abbas bin Al-Ahnaf, a poet of chastity and concealment. The book came in 153 pages divided into six chapters. The author began with words about pure love. The remaining five chapters narrated stories and tales of the three lovers with love and poetry, pointing to the spiritual aspect in the lives of these poets, which was purely loyal. Jamil only saw Buthaina, Kuthayr only saw Azza, and Al-Abbas only saw Fawz. In this state, they reached the peak of emotionality and close spiritual cohesion.
