He added that "the book is a unique effort that contains a deep reading of the history of relations between the two brotherly countries." He stated that "between the pages of the book is a rare and distinguished documentation accompanied by photos and comments on the history and development of relations between the two brotherly countries, a special and unique focus on the most prominent moments and important occasions, each with its indicators and contributions to consolidating these relations, and reaching the distinguished level they have now achieved." He emphasized that "we dedicate this effort by issuing the book to the two countries and their brotherly peoples, to be a reference that can be relied upon, or for research and deepening understanding of the brotherhood and everlasting love relations, continuous connections, and unbreakable bonds. The cohesion and solidarity between the two countries will continue and remain as long as life exists."
