Professor Corrado dedicates his agricultural expertise to applying best farming practices to maintain soil fertility and the environment, and to improve coffee productivity and quality. Finca Noruega is one of the most advanced producers in specialty Salvadoran coffee, where the farm has won several awards such as the "Sustainability" award from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) for their sustainable farming practices, and several of the farm's crops have achieved top positions in the Cup of Excellence Salvador.
