We offer you the "Custom Design" service to embody your elegance in an exceptional piece (evening dress) specially designed to suit your details and highlight your presence.💎 Order approval and payment schedule policy to ensure the highest levels of craftsmanship and commitment to the delivery times of your unique pieces at Royal Design, we adopt the following phased payment method:📌 First: Booking approval (deposit)• Your order is officially approved upon payment of the service deposit (the symbolic amount shown in front of you).• Note: The deposit is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, as it is reserved for a special appointment for you and to start the consultation procedures. The deposit is deducted from the total order value according to the desired design and the set budget.💳 Second: Payment division (ease and clarity)• The total value of the piece is divided into 3 easy payments to follow the stages of completion:1. First payment (priority reservation and comprehensive consultation):• Grants you priority in the designer’s schedule, including a private consultation session to coordinate (design, jewelry, shoes, hairstyle, and makeup) to ensure a harmonious look. (Deposit)2. Second payment (preparation and execution stage):• Paid upon actual start of fabric cutting and preparing handmade materials (embroidery, embellishments, trims) for your piece.3. Third payment (final touches and delivery):• The remaining amount is paid upon completion of the entire piece.🚚 Third: Shipping and delivery policy• To ensure your piece arrives in the best condition, it will not be shipped or delivered until the full remaining amount of the order is received.
