Home service allows you to try on a selection of abayas, hoodies and t-shirts in the comfort of your own home, to choose the right piece before completing the purchase, as if you were visiting the showroom yourself.

What is the service? We send selected product samples (abayas, hoodies, sets, t-shirts) to your address for you to inspect and try on at home, then you can choose what suits you with complete ease.

Service value:

• Service fee: 100 riyals
• The full amount will be deducted upon completion of the purchase.
• Non-refundable if no purchase is made

How does the service work?

• The service can be booked through the store or via WhatsApp.
• You select the products shown and specified within the service options.
• Selected items are sent to your home for inspection.
• If you choose to purchase, the service fee (100 riyals) will be deducted from the total order.
• If the purchase is not completed, the service fee is for inspection and is non-refundable.

Order confirmation

After payment is completed, the order is reviewed and the client is contacted to confirm the appointment and ensure that the specified day and time are suitable before the service is carried out.

Please note that when transferring the service fee, the validity period is only one month to confirm the order and pay the full amount. After this period, the service is considered invalid and requires booking a new appointment or completing the order directly through the store without deducting the service fee from the order amount.
