Tomato Fursan F1

The first and only tomato variety in the Saudi market with High Resistance (HR) to Tomato Brown Rugose Fruit Virus (ToBRFV).

This plant is exceptionally well-suited for fall and spring cycles in greenhouses, climate-controlled environments, and hydroponic systems across various regions.

It features a strong, compact growth habit with short internodes, supporting high productivity of 6 to 7 fruits per cluster, maintaining consistent fruit size throughout the season.

The variety is equipped with a robust resistance package against fungal and viral diseases.

The fruits are slightly flattened, deep red in color, and retain their calyx at full maturity. They weigh approximately 230–240 grams, show excellent uniformity, and have a firm texture that enhances shelf life and ensures durability during transportation.

Disease resistance highlights include:

• High resistance to Tomato Brown Rugose Fruit Virus (ToBRFV), Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV), and soil-borne diseases such as Fusarium Wilt race 0,1 and Verticillium Wilt.

• Intermediate resistance to Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) and Gray Leaf Spot (Stemphylium).
