How-to-Use:

1. Pull out about 40-50 cm of dental floss and wind most of it around your middle fingers.
2. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and forefingers, and gently guide it between teeth using a zig-zag motion.
3. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth and gently slide it up and down under the gumline.
4. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth to ensure optimal hygiene.
