Mechanism of action of Meclizine, Vitamin B6 25, 50 mg Tablet:

• Through its H1-receptor antagonist effect, meclizine works primarily by inhibiting the signaling pathway through histaminergic neurotransmission from the vestibular nuclei and autonomic nervous system to the central gastrointestinal tract and medullary vomiting center.
