Dalcine T Lotion topical contains Clindamycin Hydrochloride, which is an antibiotic used in the treatment of serious bacterial infections. Do not use Clindamycin Hydrochloride: Do not use Clindamycin Hydrochloride if you are allergic (severe allergy) to Clindamycin or Lincomycin or any other ingredients in this medication. Other medicines and Clindamycin Hydrochloride: inform your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse if you are taking or have recently taken or might take any other medicines: • Muscle relaxants used in surgeries (neuromuscular blockers). How to use Clindamycin Hydrochloride: Adults and elderly The recommended dose of Clindamycin ranges from 150 to 450 mg (1 to 3 capsules) every 6 hours, depending on the severity of the infection. Children's dose This medication is used for children able to swallow capsules. How to store Clindamycin Hydrochloride: Keep this medication out of sight and reach of children Do not use capsules after the expiration date printed on the carton and blister labels The expiration date is the last day of the same month stored at a temperature below 25°C Do not dispose of medicines in wastewater or household waste.
