The frequency of these side effects is unknown. Serious side effects of Fluzac Fluoxetine: Suicidal thoughts or actions, especially at the beginning. Serotonin syndrome: a serious, sometimes fatal problem characterized by imbalance, confusion, or hallucinations, rapid or irregular heartbeat, seizures, tremors, excessive sweating, or seizures.
