Diuretic capsules 30 capsules
Dutasteride, Tamsulosin, capsule Tamsulosin 0.5 mg / 0.4 mg
What is Dutasteride, Tamsulosin:
Dutasteride, Tamsulosin is used for men suffering from prostate enlargement (benign prostatic hyperplasia) - which is non-cancerous growth in the prostate gland, resulting from excess secretion of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone.
Dutasteride, Tamsulosin is a combination of two different drugs called Dutasteride and Tamsulosin. Dutasteride belongs to a group of medicines called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, and Tamsulosin belongs to a group called alpha blockers.
As the prostate grows, it can cause urinary problems, such as difficulty urinating and the need to go to the bathroom frequently.
Dutasteride reduces the production of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone, helping to shrink the prostate and relieve symptoms.
This will reduce the risk of acute urinary retention and the need for surgery.
Tamsulosin works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate gland, making it easier to pass urine and quickly improve symptoms.
