Avoid using soap containing cold cream, lotion, or greasy cosmetics before handling the lenses, as these substances may come into contact with the lenses and interfere with successful wearing of the lens. Handle your lenses with your fingertips and avoid contact with your nails; it is better to keep your nails short and smooth. Start correctly and regularly by using proper hygiene procedures until it becomes a habit. How to wear the lens: rinse the lens sufficiently with physiological saline solution. Place the lens on the index finger of the right hand, lower the lower eyelid with the middle finger, and lift the upper eyelid with another finger in the middle to widen the eye. Slowly bring the lens close to the cornea and gently stick it while looking in the mirror, and it is okay to close your eyes. If the lens is properly attached to the cornea, use your finger to slowly widen the eyelid. How to remove the lens: locate the lens, then carefully observe in the mirror. Lift the upper eyelid with the left hand, lower the lower eyelid with the middle finger of the right hand, and choose the bottom part of the lens using the thumb and index finger of the right hand to pull it out. After use, store the lens: place the lens on the palm, drop two or three drops of "solution," and gently rub with the tip of the finger of the other hand. After cleaning, rinse the lenses with plenty of solution, then store them in the lens case filled with solution.
