As Vaporrub is an effective product for respiratory problems such as cold, congestion, cough, and flu. Method of use: Direct application: apply Vicks Vaporrub on the chest, neck, and back. Adults and children over 12 years: use 2 to 3 teaspoons. Children over 6 years: 1-2 teaspoons. Inhalation: (for those over 6 years only): dissolve 1-2 teaspoons in half a liter of hot water (not boiling) and inhale the resulting steam for 10-15 minutes. For single use only.
