Product description

PM3 pneumatic piston pumps. Lightweight and efficient high-pressure pumps, specifically designed for use in mobile and portable lubrication units. The pumps are available with four different suction tube lengths to fit all commercial grease drums: 12.5-20 kg (35 lb), 50 kg (120 lb), and 185 kg (400 lb). Includes a 2-inch height-adjustable BSP (male) plug adapter. Maximum air consumption at an inlet pressure of 6 bar (87 psi), NLGI-2 grease at 20°C, and 110 RPM. Maximum free flow at 7 bar (100 psi) with NLGI-2 grease. Maximum noise level measured 1 meter (3.3 feet) from the pump, at an air pressure of 7 bar (100 psi) and free flow.

High-efficiency pneumatic motor (PumpMaster 3): Features a compact, corrosion-resistant aluminum housing, with an advanced air distribution mechanism that prevents sudden pump stoppage and ensures efficient operation.

Low compressed air

Super pressure ratio (55:1): Enables pumping heavy and high-viscosity greases over long distances and pipelines, while generating sufficient output pressure to penetrate closed or narrow lubrication orifices.

Long draw tube for large drums: Designed with a custom length to precisely fit standard commercial grease drums of 185 to 200 kg (55 gallons), ensuring access to the entire bottom of the drum.

Bottom suction valve with strainer: The bottom suction head has a robust ball valve with a mesh filter to prevent the suction of hardened lumps or impurities, protecting the pump and equipment from clogging and damage.

  • Continuously withstands heavy-duty work: The internal parts exposed to friction are manufactured from heat-treated steel alloys to provide a long service life and excellent resistance to mechanical wear.
