Product Technical Information File

📦 Huge economical size for large projects (3 liters): Ample family and industrial gallons, designed for carpentry workshops, decoration, and major finishing projects to provide high efficiency and excellent economic cost.

⚡ Instantly and tough contact bonding: Once the two surfaces are coated and pressed together, the bonding is instant and incredibly strong without the need to wait or use fasteners for long periods.

💪 Superior structural bonding strength and tensile resistance: High-efficiency neoprene rubber-based liquid adhesive, specially designed for materials and panels subjected to continuous compression, tension, and mechanical stress.

🛠️ The first choice for laminating and covering surfaces: very ideal for large surfaces such as gluing wood veneer, Formica and HPL panels on tables, kitchens and cabinets.

🪵👟 Versatile for many materials: It adheres very efficiently to wood, veneer panels, rubber, natural and synthetic leather, cork, fabric, soundproofing foam, linoleum, and repairs carpets and leather.

🌦️ High resistance to moisture and freezing: It features a strong formula that is resistant to moisture and high cold, ensuring that the adhesion remains strong and stable under various environmental conditions.

🌡️ Exceptional temperature resistance: It maintains its stability and rigidity in the most extreme temperature fluctuations between (-40°C) and (+70°C).

📐 Wide and excellent coverage rate: One gallon covers a large area ranging from 2 to 2.5 square meters per liter (when painting on both surfaces), making it sufficient for completing huge work areas.

💡 Professional usage methods for large spaces:

  1. Make sure to mix and stir the glue thoroughly in the gallon before use.
  2. Spread the glue evenly over both surfaces using a stiff brush or a notched trowel (1 mm) to ensure perfect distribution.
  3. Leave the two layers to dry for 10 to 40 minutes (so that the glue does not stick to your finger when you touch it).
  4. Assemble the two surfaces together carefully (because adjustment is not possible after adhesion), and press them firmly using a pressing roller or rubber mallet across the entire surface to achieve maximum final adhesion.
