The warranty request is reviewed and activated when the conditions and terms are met within a maximum of three working days from the registration date. Third: Warranty conditions: The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the HELMET protection package for the mobile, Platinum edition. The presence of the product on the mobile with all parts is a prerequisite to benefit from the warranty. Fourth: What the warranty covers: The warranty covers the complete breakage of the front screen. The warranty covers the back glass of the mobile. Warranty on color change of the back cover once and for one year. Fifth: Method of registering the warranty: Fill in the name, mobile number, and email address. Enter the IMEI number of the phone. Attach a clear picture of the purchase invoice showing the store name, date, order number, and order details. Attach a clear picture of the front part of the phone with the IMEI screen visible (the method is explained in the video below the terms and conditions). Attach a clear picture of the back part of the phone. Sixth: Method of benefiting from the warranty: Compensation is made within a maximum of 15 working days after conditions are met and after passing the initial inspection. Replacement is available from the store where the purchase was made or from any HELMET authorized sales point. If replacement service cannot be provided, the customer will be compensated with 700 riyals for the front screen and 200 riyals for the back glass at most. Warranty conditions: ▪️ Warranty period: 12 months from the installation date. ▪️ This warranty applies to the HELMET protection package for the TOKEN edition. ▪️ The warranty covers breakage of the front screen. ▪️ The warranty covers the back glass of the mobile. ▪️ The warranty covers color change of the back cover, replaced once during the warranty period. ▪️ The warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by misuse. ▪️ The warranty does not include the rear camera. ▪️ The warranty does not include internal screen breakage. ▪️ When maintenance service cannot be provided, the customer will be compensated with 1000 riyals depending on the type of front screen and 300 riyals depending on the type of back glass at most. ▪️ Replacement of the external protection screen or glass cover of the product is only once and during the warranty period. ▪️ In case of a warranty claim, the HELMET product must be installed on the phone with all its details and accompanied by the warranty card. ▪️ Removing the HELMET protection from the device invalidates the warranty.
