If maintenance service cannot be provided, the customer will be compensated with a maximum of 700 SAR depending on the type of front screen, and a maximum of 200 SAR depending on the type of back glass. Replacement of the external protection screen or glass cover is only once and during the warranty period. In case of a warranty claim, the Helmet product must be installed on the phone with all its details and the warranty card must be provided. Removing Helmet protection from the device invalidates the warranty.
