Plymouth Road Runner Superbird Homologation Bird Tee — White

White oversized tee. A 1970 flyer built on the rule that made the car: NASCAR wanted one car for every two US dealers, which meant 1,920 Superbirds. The real car as a two-ink stencil with its three engines, 426 Hemi at 425 hp, 440 Six Barrel at 390 hp and 440 Super Commando at 375 hp, plus the 1971 cap of 305 cu in that ended the aero cars. The car in the design comes from a real photograph.

The print

DTF transfer with a dense ink layer: a large back print 25 cm wide and 33 cm tall, plus a small hit on the left chest, 10 cm wide. Colours stay put — no cracking, no fading in the wash.

Fabric and fit

Heavyweight cotton that takes daily wear, boxy oversized cut with dropped shoulders and a ribbed collar that keeps its shape after washing.

The cut is boxy and roomy by design — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one. Chest width is measured armpit to armpit with the tee laid flat; double it for the full chest circumference.

Wash inside out in cold water; never iron directly on the print.
