Activation Requirements

• A valid ID and an active Absher account.
• The Nafath application.
• For residents: If your registered occupation is “Employee,” you must not exceed six SIM cards registered under your ID. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm your eligibility.
• You must be over 18 years old or meet Zain’s eligibility requirements regarding the number of SIM cards registered under your ID.
• Outstanding debt associated with your ID at Zain must not exceed SAR 500. If the outstanding amount is less than SAR 500, transferring the SIM may be possible without paying the previous bill, subject to Zain’s approval and terms.

Important Notice: Orders cannot be canceled once the service has been completed and the SIM card has been registered under the customer's name, in accordance with applicable terms and regulations.
