Uses: Pain reliever, fever reducer, and detoxifier Ruminants: Used as an adjunct treatment for acute mastitis and in controlling acute infections associated with respiratory diseases, and acute pneumonia (fog fever) Horses: Used to treat colic and pain associated with muscular and skeletal disorders. Also used for rib and lameness conditions. Contraindications: The product should not be used 48 hours before the expected calving in cows. It is prohibited for use in pregnant mares. It should not be used in animals suffering from heart, liver, or kidney diseases, or in case of allergy to the product. Side effects: Potential risks include gastrointestinal irritation and ulceration, and it may cause kidney failure if animals are dehydrated or have low blood volume. Dosage and administration: By intravenous injection in cows and horses. Cows: Recommended 2 ml per 45 kg of body weight. Repeat as necessary over 24 hours for up to 5 consecutive days. Horses: For musculoskeletal disorders: 1 ml per 45 kg of body weight once daily for up to 5 days, depending on clinical response. For colic, 1 ml per 45 kg of body weight, repeated once or twice if colic reappears. Proven effectiveness with Gentadore 1% in cases of plague.
