Instructions: 1- The treated area must not be exposed to the sun if going out, and sunscreen must always be applied 15 minutes before leaving the house and reapplied every two hours if exposed to the sun for long hours. 2- Delay laser treatment for ... weeks or more if exposed to sun tanning with a bronze color. 3- Apply ... ointment to the treated area to avoid dryness as it has a soothing effect, and if crusts appear, let them fall naturally and do not try to remove them. 4- Showering immediately after the session and the next day is prohibited, especially if the area is irritated, and it should not be rubbed with a towel. 5- Shaving hair immediately after treatment is not allowed for 1-3 days after the procedure, and if there is color change (blueish), wait until symptoms disappear then resume usual activity. 6- Treatment is prohibited for patients taking anticoagulant medications or suffering from skin inflammation or using Isotretinoin (Accutane) or with weak immunity or prone to keloid scars. 7- Laser use is forbidden for pregnant women or skin cancer patients. Expected symptoms after treatment: 1- The treated area will be red and may have a slight rash or mild swelling after laser treatment in that area. 2- Very rarely, superficial burns or pigmentation may occur. 3- If some areas were not reached by the laser during the session, a touch-up session can be done within a maximum of 14 days after the session. 4- There is a possibility of complications such as scars, redness, or pigmentation, which are usually temporary and disappear in days to several weeks. 5- Several sessions may be needed to achieve the best results. 6- Usually, no warning is necessary, but all possibilities can be discussed with the patient in case of intolerance. 7- A photo of the treated area should be taken by the patient and kept for comparison before and after treatment immediately. 8- Redness, swelling, or pain may occur, lasting hours; redness can last from 3 to 4 days. 9- Topical antibiotics can be used for several days after treatment. General skin care: 1- The treated area should be handled gently, and if crusts appear, let them fall off naturally. 2- To reduce swelling, use ice compresses, and for pain, take Tylenol or Panadol. 3- Visit the clinic immediately if signs of infection appear (pus, allergy, fever). 4- Follow post-laser treatment instructions to avoid any complications. 5- If the body is dry, it is recommended to use an unscented moisturizer on the treated areas to reduce redness. 6- Please visit the clinic if there are any questions regarding the treatment. Service conditions: - Commit to the scheduled appointment agreed upon with the appointment coordinator, and it is preferred to arrive 15 minutes early for the session. - The maximum delay for the main session is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes for touch-ups; if exceeded, the appointment will be moved to waiting. - If bleaching and full-body peeling are included with the main session and the time is exceeded, bleaching is postponed to the touch-up time immediately. - Thick hair must be removed only before the main session; removal before touch-ups with any tool is strictly prohibited. - When performing (peeling, body scrub, Moroccan bath, etc.) or other prohibited procedures warned by the doctor before the session, the main session will be postponed, and touch-ups will be canceled immediately. - Touch-up sessions are only for areas where hair appears. - The touch-up period is counted from the tenth day after the session to the fourteenth day only, and the maximum number of bookings is 2 times. - If the patient misses two consecutive appointments without a valid excuse, online booking will be blocked, and they must visit the clinic to reschedule. - The invoice validity is one month after purchase; Ramadan month is excluded.
