Instructions: 1- The treated area must not be exposed to the sun when going out, and sunscreen must always be applied 15 minutes before leaving the house, and reapply sunscreen every two hours when exposed to the sun for long hours. 2- Delay laser treatment for .... weeks or more if exposed to sun tanning with a bronze color. 3- Apply .... ointment to the treated area to avoid dryness, as it has a soothing effect, and if scabs appear, leave them to fall off naturally and do not try to remove them. 4- Showering immediately after the session and the next day is prohibited, especially if the area is irritated, and it should not be rubbed with a towel. 5- Do not shave the hair immediately after treatment for 1-3 days, and if there is a color change (blueish), wait until symptoms disappear before resuming normal activity. 6- Treatment is prohibited for patients taking anticoagulant medications, those suffering from skin inflammation, using Isotretinoin (Accutane), or patients with weak immunity or prone to keloid scarring. 7- Laser use is forbidden for pregnant women or skin cancer patients. Expected symptoms after treatment: 1- The treated area will be red, and a slight rash or mild swelling may occur after laser treatment in that area. 2- Very rarely, superficial burns or pigmentation may occur. 3- If some areas were not reached by the laser during the session, a touch-up session can be done within a maximum of 14 days after the session. 4- There is a possibility of complications such as scars, redness, or pigmentation, which are usually temporary and disappear within days to several weeks. 5- Multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the best results. 6- Usually, no warning is necessary, but all possibilities can be discussed with the patient in case of intolerance. 7- A photo of the treated area should be taken by the patient and kept for comparison before and immediately after treatment. 8- Redness, swelling, or pain may occur, lasting hours; redness can last from 3 to 4 days. 9- Topical antibiotics can be used for several days after treatment. General skin care: 1- The treated area should be handled gently, and if a scab appears, leave it to fall off naturally. 2- To reduce swelling, use ice compresses, and for pain, take Tylenol or Panadol. 3- Visit the clinic immediately if signs of infection appear (pus, allergy, fever). 4- Follow the post-laser treatment instructions to avoid any complications. 5- If the body is dry, it is recommended to use a fragrance-free moisturizer on the treated areas to prevent redness. 6- Please visit the clinic if you have any questions regarding the treatment. Service conditions: - Comply with the scheduled appointment agreed upon with the appointment coordinator, and it is preferred to arrive 15 minutes before the session. - The maximum delay for the main session is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes for touch-ups; if exceeded, the appointment will be moved to waiting. - If full-body bleaching and depilation are done with the main session and the time exceeds, bleaching is postponed to the touch-up time immediately. - Only thick hair should be removed before the main session; removal before the touch-up with any tool is strictly prohibited. - When performing (peeling, body scrub, Moroccan bath, etc.) and other prohibited procedures warned by the doctor before the session, the main session will be postponed, and the touch-up will be canceled immediately. - Touch-up sessions are only for areas where hair appears. - The duration of the touch-up is counted from the tenth day after the session to the fourteenth day only, and the maximum number of bookings is 2 times. - If the patient misses two consecutive appointments without a valid excuse, they will be prevented from booking online and must visit the clinic to reschedule. - The invoice validity is 3 months from the date of purchase.
