Service working hours: daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, except Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Makkah time. Instructions: 1- The treated area should not be exposed to the sun when going out, and sunscreen should always be applied 15 minutes before leaving the house, reapplying every two hours when exposed to the sun for long hours. 2- Delay laser treatment for ... weeks or more if exposed to sun tanning. 3- Apply ... ointment to the treated area to avoid dryness, as it has a soothing effect, and if crusts appear, let them fall naturally and do not try to remove them. 4- Do not shower immediately after the session and on the following day, especially if the area is irritated, and do not rub it with a towel. 5- Do not shave the hair immediately after treatment for 1-3 days, and if there is color change (blueish), wait until symptoms disappear before resuming normal activity. 6- Treatment is prohibited for patients taking anticoagulant medications, or suffering from skin inflammation, or using Isotretinoin (Accutane), or with weak immunity, or prone to keloids. 7- Laser use is prohibited for pregnant women or skin cancer patients. Expected symptoms after treatment: 1- The treated area will be red, and a slight rash or mild swelling may occur after laser treatment in that area. 2- Very rarely, superficial burns or pigmentation may occur. 3- If some areas were not reached by the laser during the session, a touch-up session can be done within 14 days after the session. 4- There is a possibility of complications such as scars, redness, or pigmentation, usually temporary and disappearing in days to weeks. 5- Multiple sessions may be needed for the best results. 6- Usually, no warning is necessary, but all possibilities can be discussed with the patient in case of intolerance. 7- The patient should take a photo of the treated area and keep it for comparison before and after treatment. 8- Redness, swelling, or pain may occur, lasting hours; redness can last from 3 to 4 days. 9- Topical antibiotics can be used for several days after treatment. General skin care: 1- Handle the treated area gently, and let crusts fall naturally if they appear. 2- To reduce swelling, use ice compresses, and for pain, take Tylenol or Panadol. 3- Visit the clinic immediately if signs of infection appear (pus, allergy, fever). 4- Follow post-laser treatment instructions to avoid any complications. 5- If the skin is dry, it is recommended to use an unscented moisturizer on the treated areas to reduce redness. 6- Please visit the clinic if you have any questions regarding the treatment. Service terms: - Commit to the scheduled appointment agreed upon with the appointment coordinator, and it is preferred to arrive 15 minutes early. - The maximum delay for the main session is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes for touch-ups; if exceeded, the appointment will be moved to waiting. - If bleaching and body peeling are included with the main session and the time is exceeded, bleaching will be postponed to the touch-up time immediately. - Thick hair should be shaved only before the main session; removal before touch-ups with any tool is strictly prohibited. - When performing (peeling, body scrub, Moroccan bath, etc.) and other prohibited procedures warned against by the doctor before the session, the main session will be postponed, and touch-ups will be canceled immediately. - Touch-up sessions are only for areas where hair appears. - The duration of touch-ups is counted from the tenth day after the session to the fourteenth day only, with a maximum of 2 bookings. - If the patient misses two consecutive appointments without a valid excuse, bookings will be blocked electronically, and the patient must visit the clinic to reschedule. - The invoice validity is one month from the purchase date.
