Product description
It presents a file of human waste in multiple forms, levels, and colors: starting with the waste of blood, criminalization, prohibition, exile, and deportation at home and abroad, and tyranny and its mechanisms of control over behavior and taming of living energies, passing through the waste of thought, awareness, youth, and institutions, and ending with existential waste in daily life. This waste, which may reach the level of ontological illness, makes every discussion of democracy and development a trivial matter as long as the fundamental and binding condition has not been met, which is the recognition of the human being as valuable, respected, protected, capable, and aware. Every person in our world has their share of waste, which varies in form and amount, hindering or obstructing the project of building a quality life and shaping the future. The general goal of this work is to raise awareness of the visible and hidden cases of waste and to uncover their mechanisms, as a necessary step to confront them and to undertake the task of human recovery. It proposes an anti-waste perspective based on positive thinking and positive feelings towards oneself, serving the power of capability and psychological state. This work is far from comprehensive in the issues it raises, and it is also far from offering definitive answers. Its main ambition is to launch a mechanism of thinking, dialogue, critique, and contradiction, and to open new horizons for research, leading to insight and reflection.
