The Sumerian civilization

Sumerian civilization did not descend from the sky, nor did it leave any place on earth to settle in southern Iraq, but it is the daughter of the civilizations of the Tigris and Euphrates Valley in prehistoric times. It gradually developed in its awareness and maturity, and with patience and calmness, it wove the beginnings of civilizational patterns in all fields to form the first human civilization through which human history begins its long course. It is the civilization of beginnings, origins, and first discoveries, and it is the seed of the human spirit. This book comes comprehensively and broadly to explore all aspects of this civilization, focusing on its deep human side and documenting its rare uniqueness. The nine chapters contained in the book are full of the most accurate details and information about the history and pages of this civilization in politics, society, economy, religion, culture, literature, sciences, and Sumerian arts. It is an indispensable guide in this field, and the only book that addresses Sumerian civilization with this broad perspective.
