Published in English under the title "Makkah Rebellion: The Story of Juhayman Al-Otaybi" a new reading, and the book contains two research studies by the Norwegian researcher Thomas Hegammer and the French researcher Stéphane Lacroix. However, Al-Issa added seven rare documentary appendices about the Grand Mosque incident in 1979, making the translated book 304 large-sized pages. The book's introduction was written by the Arab thinker Dr. Mohammed bin Hamed Al-Ahmari. Perhaps the most important appendix in the book is the sixth appendix, which contains 35 American diplomatic cables obtained by Al-Issa after declassification under the US Freedom of Information Act. These are translated and published in Arabic for the first time, including important cables from the US embassies in Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, and Syria about the Makkah Rebellion. These documents are not leaked like WikiLeaks; they were declassified by the US State Department after the legal period according to the Freedom of Information Act, upon request from some organizations interested in studying radical political Islam movements. Al-Issa obtained them from a research website that displayed them for sale as printed booklets. The book consists of two research studies: the first titled "Makkah Rebellion: The Story of Juhayman – A New Reading," and the second titled "The Influence of Sheikh Al-Albani in Shaping Contemporary Salafism."
