A book explores the emergence of the Iraqi state and its progress. The author is an educated American man, studied political science and obtained academic degrees from well-known American and English institutes. This book was submitted as a thesis for a doctorate from the University of London. (From the translator's introduction) The book contains photos of telegrams, letters, memos, reports, official session minutes not published, in addition to documents published in Iraqi newspapers issued at that time in 1921 and documents published in British and French newspapers and magazines.
