1. What is the highest temperature to which the product can be heated?
2. The product should be heated until it is easy to pour. For safety reasons, do not heat it above 120°F (49°C) .
3. Can the product be heated inside the enclosed container (I have a 1 oz container)?
4. Yes, you can microwave it while it's still in the package. We recommend heating it in 30-second increments, checking after each increment to ensure it's easy to pour.
5. What is the recommended method for heating lip cream?
6. It can be heated in the microwave, either inside the bag or in a microwave-safe container.
7. Can TKB Oil Fusion be added to the product? If so, what is the appropriate ratio?
8. Yes, you can add any additional oils you like to make the product clearer or to add other benefits (such as vitamin E oil). However, the product is designed to be ready to use immediately , so adding oils will only make it clearer and less opaque.
9. What is the maximum percentage of flavor oil that can be added?
10. The amount of flavor oil recommended by the flavor manufacturer should be added. Flavor oils are typically added at 2–4% by weight , or 2–3 drops per lip product .
11. Does the product contain a preservative?

14. Yes, and as with most lip products, it is best used within one year of opening or using it.
