Description: Developer solution for color appearance from Wella Welloxon with 9% (30 Vol) concentration, 60 ml size. Used with hair dyes or lightening powder to lift color by approximately 3 levels. Helps to effectively fix the color and provides more noticeable results when lightening dark hair or applying light shades. Features a creamy texture that is easy to blend with dye or lightening powder to achieve a uniform consistency. Main ingredients: Water (Aqua). Hydrogen Peroxide: the active element for lightening. Cetearyl Alcohol: provides the creamy texture and protects hair from dryness. Sodium Stannate: maintains the stability of the formula. Moisturizing agents to reduce dryness during lightening or coloring. Method of use: Mix Welloxon 9% with hair dye or lightening powder in the recommended ratio (usually 1:1 or 1:2 depending on the product). Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. Leave for 30 – 45 minutes or according to the instructions of the dye used. Rinse hair thoroughly with water, then apply conditioner or nourishing mask.
