Place the folded edge on your forehead, between the start of your hair and your eyebrows. Pull the right side to the left, wrapping around your chin, then pull the end over your shoulder toward the back of your head. Hold the folded end with your right hand from the left side, and wrap it around your face toward the right, opposite the right end, until the left side covers your nose and mouth. Use a double knot to secure the shmagh behind your head, around the middle of the back of your head, tight enough to keep the shmagh on your face. Adjust the shmagh to cover your head from above and the lower part of your face, without blocking your eyes, to complete the look of wearing the shmagh.
