Sudanese Abdulaziz Baraka Sakin in his novel "Samahani" returns to the nineteenth century to depict an area that remained relatively distant from the Arab novel and to address some of its important historical details, in an area that is almost forgotten by the Arabs, and does not seem to attract their interest in contemporary times, which is Zanzibar located in the heart of the African continent, which he describes as the lost Andalusia of Africa.
