In search of comfort and tranquility to forget one painful experience, the young dreamer "Fritter" travels to a remote village in the enchanting countryside of Germany; a small town untouched by civilization and urbanization. He is pleased with the pristine rural life, loves the townspeople, and they love him, and he quickly becomes part of their small community. There, he meets the beautiful and persistent "Charlotte," who took care of her younger siblings after their mother's death.
