Head & Hair cap:

Instructions:

For hot therapy:

• Set the cap inside the microwave next to the glass of water.
• Set a 1/4 cup of water inside the microwave while heating the wrap.
• Set the timer on 3 or 4 min for extra hot temperature.

For cold therapy:

• Set the wrap in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.

WARNING: Always check how hot the wrap is before using it to avoid burns

• Cleaning:to clean use wet wipes or  wet towel  with little  soap
• Note: please don’t soak the wrap in water
