Product description

⚙️ Part Name: Fixed Spike / Engine Crankshaft Main Bearing

🔢 Original Part Number (OEM): 1002011XEC71

  • 🔄 Interchange/Related Numbers: 1002011XEC01 / 1002012XEC01 (Comes in standard STD sizes and clearances according to the assembly code)

  • 📍 Location: They are mounted in the fixed crankshaft bearings inside the lower engine block (Main Bearing Journals), between the cylinder block and the main crankshaft bearing necks.

🔧 Mechanical function and role:

  • 🛡️ Crankshaft stability and smooth rotation: A smooth and ultra-precise sliding base is provided to hold and stabilize the crankshaft in its pivotal position within the block, preventing any direct friction between the crankshaft iron and the engine block.
  • 🛢️ Maintaining Oil Pressure: Equipped with precise oil ports and channels to distribute the insulating hydrodynamic oil film under constant pressure, which is the key point for maintaining the overall oil pressure of the engine.
  • 💥 Withstands axial and vertical loads: Absorbs torque reactions and combustion force resulting from the parallel movement of the four pistons.

🚘 Compatibility and motors:

  • ⚙️ Engine type: Great Wall/Haval 2.0L turbocharged gasoline engines GW4C20 , GW4C20B , and GW4C20A

  • 🚙 Compatible models (GWM / Haval / Tank):
    • Haval H9
    • Tank 300 (2.0T gasoline)
    • Haval H8
    • Haval H6 (Second Generation with 2.0T Engine)
    • Haval F7 / F7x (2.0T engine)
    • Great Wall Poer / P-Series (Gasoline)

⚠️ Key signs of damage or corrosion to fixed spikes:

  • 📉 A sharp and sudden drop in engine oil pressure and the appearance of the oil pressure light (especially when the car is stationary and the engine is hot).
  • 🔊 A deep, muffled metallic thumping or rattling sound from the bottom of the engine, which increases in intensity under heavy load.
  • 🛢️ The presence of heavy copper/silver filings or shavings in the oil pan or oil filter during maintenance.
  • 🚫 The entire crankshaft may become jammed or stiff (Seized Engine) if the alloy is warped and thermally damaged.

💡 Technical tip for installation (packaging):

  • The crankshaft necks should be inspected with a micrometer to ensure there are no ovalities or scratches, and to determine whether the engine requires a standard dealership (STD) size or a lathe size.
  • The use of approved plastic measuring threads ( Plastigauge ) is required to accurately adjust the oil clearance before final tightening, with the crankshaft bearing bolts being tightened with a torque wrench according to the angles and Newtons specified by the manufacturer.
