The truth is that the writer foresees the features of a new era perfectly. To this end, he did not limit himself to addressing the political, economic, and psychological frameworks, as he did in previous books, but also gathered a number of philosophical concepts and scientific ideas in an attempt to investigate the global issue in general, and the European one in particular, from all its aspects.
