How to use the hair straightener: Be cautious when using this hair straightener as it becomes very hot. To prevent your hair from drying out or excessive damage, it is important to set the correct temperature before use. If in doubt, always start with a low temperature setting and gradually increase the heat as needed. For soft hair, use a low temperature setting, and for thick hair, use a higher temperature setting. Plug it into an outlet (100VAC or 240VAC), press the O button to turn on the straightener. Set the desired temperature by pressing the up and down buttons. The right LED light stays on, and the left LED light flashes during heating; it stops flashing once the desired temperature is reached. It takes a few minutes to reach the higher temperature. To make styling easier, divide your hair into sections at the top, sides, and back. Start straightening from the back of your head and continue on each side, ending with the front section. With one hand, take a small section of hair and hold it tightly, while holding the straightener with the other hand. Start from the root, clamp the hair between the heating plates firmly, and slowly move down from the root to the end. Pass the straightener along the entire length of the hair from roots to tips without stopping. Repeat until you achieve the desired results. When finished, press the O button to turn off the straightener. Unplug it from the power outlet.
