Main use: Used as a mild disinfectant for wounds and superficial scratches and skin ulcers. Mechanism of action: Releases oxygen when applied to tissues, which helps kill germs and bacteria and prevents wound inflammation. This effect continues as long as oxygen is released. Other uses: It can also be used as a mouthwash or antiseptic gargle and deodorizer in some cases, and as a mild bleach in certain household applications (such as removing organic stains from fabrics). Concentration: The product shown in the picture contains a 6% concentration of hydrogen peroxide (equivalent to 20 volumes) with a stabilizer. Method of use on wounds: It is usually recommended to mix equal parts of the solution and water to clean the wound, then cover the wound with a clean medical bandage. Eye contact should be avoided.
