How to Use

• Soak the bamboo chasen in warm water for 1 minute before first use to soften the tines; warm the ceramic bowl with hot water then pour out the water
• Add 1-2g of matcha powder into the bowl, pour 50-70ml of warm water (75-85℃ recommended), then whisk quickly in W-shaped motions until fine even foam forms on the surface
• Rinse the bowl and whisk thoroughly with clean water immediately after use, gently shake off excess water from the whisk
• Hang the whisk in a cool, ventilated place to air dry naturally; avoid soaking the bamboo whisk for long periods to prevent deformation and mildew
