Sesuvium portulacastrum

Its scientific name is Sesuvium portulacastrum. Its native habitat is tropical and subtropical regions, and it belongs to the Aizoaceae family. It is a perennial herbaceous flowering ground cover all year round, and therefore it is used as ground cover. It is characterized by rapid growth and tolerance to all climatic conditions and all types of soil, especially highly saline and poor in organic matter. It can reach a height of about 25 cm, and its spread exceeds 80 cm.
