COMPOSITION: Active substance: Oxytetracycline (as hydrochloride) 50 mg/ml. Also contains: Sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate and water for injection. TARGET SPECIES: Horses, cattle, sheep, dogs and cats. INDICATIONS: For the treatment of infections caused by organisms sensitive to oxytetracycline. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Recommended dose 3 - 10 mg/kg of body weight by intramuscular or intravenous injection in large animals, subcutaneous or intramuscular injection in small animals. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: 144 hours (6 days). Meat: Cattle: 35 days. Sheep: 14 days. Milk: PRECAUTION: Not for intravenous administration in dogs or cats. STORAGE: Do not store above 30°C. Store in a dry place. Protect from light. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Punched vial should be used within 28 days.
