Veterinary use only Stin Injection Each ml contains Active substance: Phenylbutazone Sodium salicylate 20mg Excipients: Benzyl alcohol refined, Sodium hydroxide Alcohol, Water for injection Propylene glycol 200mg Pharmaceutical form: Solution for injection Target species: Cattle, Horse. Indication: For treatment of infectious, traumatic, and rheumatoid arthritis, acute pulmonary infections, myocarditis and endocarditis, as well as skeletal muscle. Phenylbutazone is a synthetic, nonhormonal anti-inflammatory, antipyretic compound useful in the management of inflammatory conditions. The apparent analgesic effect is probably related mainly to the compound's anti-inflammatory properties. Method and route(s) of administration : For IM or IV injection Cattle and horse: Use 20-30 of treatment, switch to 20 ml after two days, then reduce to 10 ml. Ponies and calves: Use 10 ml during the first two days, switch to 6 ml after two days. during the first two days Withdrawal period: Cattle: 15 days. Other meet providing animals: 3 days. Dairy cows: discard the first 4 milkings after treatment Special warning: Not applicable. Special storage conditions: Do not store above 25°C. Protect from Light.
