Summary: This suffocating routine of receiving information from various sources about different topics continuously was enough to create a state of psychological pressure within me. I lost clarity and distraction became a dominant trait, and my level of creativity diminished in favor of searching whether that original idea exists on the internet or not. Emotionally, my mood was under the influence of the displayed content; there is what motivates you, and there is what spoils your mood.
After that pause, I felt a longing for those quiet nights in mental solitude in front of a blank page, where I re-arranged my thoughts and feelings, and drew future plans instead of diving into an enormous amount of unorganized information. I realized that this overwhelming flow of information provides a fertile environment for creating the perfect procrastinators, those distracted individuals suffering from a lack of mental fitness, who indulge in the pleasure of random bombardment of information as a tactic to calm the monsters of anxiety inside them about their inability to accomplish.
