And indeed, jealousy when it is a healthy, visible phenomenon, expressing passionate feelings, increases the breezes of love, and the flow of waterfalls, allowing the wife to be tender with her birds, so they sing in her surroundings, making her life a paradise: affection and mercy. She wins from her husband his tender smiles, which spread his fragrant perfume over her, and his shimmering melodies echo in her shadows, so she lives in overwhelming joy and shining happiness. But if jealousy overflows and exceeds its limit and measure, it turns into a curse, becoming a wrecking ball for her home and married life. Jealousy that expresses love, longing, care, and concern, without dominating or controlling him, is praiseworthy jealousy, as long as it does not cross its boundaries. It turns into a nightmare for her husband's breath, scrutinizing his movements, chasing him in his calls, searching behind every gesture, and flying after every look. This jealousy turns into a deadly bullet, threatening to destroy her life. This jealousy, which proclaims to the world her ownership of her husband, controls his life, his words, counts his looks, and monitors his actions, can be the key to divorce. Jealousy is a double-edged sword: it can be a delicate, fragrant flower, through which the wife expresses the beauty of her love, her innocence of longing, the softness of her yearning, and the sweetness of her love for her husband, or it can be a blade that kills herself when misused, turning her life into thorns of suspicion, illusions, and false accusations. Jealousy becomes an important element in purifying marital practices if the wife can show the appropriate amount of it. Her husband then feels her love and her jealousy for him through a passing breeze and a fleeting smile, and at the same time, she does not make jealousy an insurmountable obstacle to the beauty of life, the husband's joy, and his happiness inside and outside the house. In this book, there are insights for the spouses, based on real practices that occurred in the House of Prophethood, hoping that Allah will make them a solution to a problem that has afflicted them, and a relief for a worry that is about to strike its roots.
