Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully. These guidelines are based on extensive local and international experience in organizing outdoor adventures and are intended to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for everyone. 😊

  • Please fill your vehicle's fuel tank (Full) one day before the trip.
  • Respect the privacy and personal space of all participants, especially female participants.
  • Do not photograph anyone you do not know unless you have their permission.
  • Do not touch or physically assist anyone unless they specifically ask for your help.
  • Any harassment complaint, including sending unsolicited messages (such as WhatsApp messages) to another participant after the trip, may result in immediate removal from the group and exclusion from future activities.
  • Please avoid interacting with strangers encountered during the trip. Do not share information about the trip, including the number of participants, itinerary, meeting location, route, or any other details. If anyone has questions, kindly direct them to the organizer or hiking guide.
  • Respect the scheduled meeting time. Our trips operate on a fixed schedule, and we are unable to delay departure for late arrivals out of consideration for the rest of the group.
  • Mobile network coverage on hiking trails may be weak or unavailable. Please inform your family or friends in advance so they do not become concerned if they cannot reach you.
  • We recommend wearing a long-sleeved shirt and long pants to protect against insects. Bring a backpack with a light jacket, as mountain weather can become cool, especially on trips outside Jeddah and in high-altitude areas.
  • In the event of thunderstorms, please switch off your mobile phone or activate Airplane Mode, keep a safe distance from others, and stay away from trees.
  • We recommend bringing a pair of Crocs or comfortable sandals to change into after the hike for added comfort.
  • Participants must be in good physical condition and wear proper hiking boots, which are mandatory for foot protection.
  • Always remain with the group while hiking. Walking alone or leaving the group is not permitted and may result in removal from the activity.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited during the hike. Smokers may smoke only in designated safe areas, away from dry vegetation, trees, families, and children (if present).
  • Leave No Trace. Please do not litter, especially plastic bottles, bags, or other waste.
  • Participants are not permitted to share the trip location or GPS coordinates with anyone outside the group, as navigation apps may not accurately reflect off-road routes, potentially putting others at risk.
  • Reckless driving, including dune bashing, drifting, speeding, or any unsafe behavior when entering or leaving the site, is strictly prohibited.
