Product description

Track family core body temperatures with clinical precision and optimal speed using an advanced tympanic screening platform. The Yuwell Digital Infrared Ear Thermometer (Model YHT101) is a medical-grade diagnostic instrument engineered to deliver highly accurate temperature readings within seconds. By measuring the infrared heat naturally emitted from the tympanic membrane (eardrum) and its surrounding tissues, this device captures core physiological temperatures efficiently. Since the eardrum shares its blood supply with the brain's temperature control center, the YHT101 provides a more reflective internal thermal metric than standard superficial skin scanners, making it an essential tool for infant, pediatric, and adult home care.

Key Benefits & Indications:

_ Instant Tympanic Measurement: Delivers highly accurate temperature evaluations in just one second, minimizing distress for fussy infants and young children.

_ Advanced Infrared Sensor Matrix: Utilizes a highly calibrated optical lens that gathers thermal data precisely while respecting the delicate auditory canal.

_ Fever Warning System: Equipped with an intelligent visual or acoustic alert system that instantly notifies caregivers if an elevated temperature threshold is reached.

_ Ergonomic Probe Design: Contoured to fit comfortably within the ear canal, ensuring correct alignment with the eardrum for consistent, error-free readings.

_ Integrated Memory Log: Automatically stores past temperature readings, allowing parents and medical professionals to track fever trends over time.

How to Use:

_ Preparation: Ensure the ear canal is clean and free from excess cerumen (earwax), which can temporarily block the infrared sensor and produce lower readings.

_ Positioning: For infants under one year, gently pull the ear straight back. For children over one year and adults, gently pull the ear up and back to straighten the auditory canal.

_ Application: Insert the clean probe tip snugly into the ear canal, pointing it toward the opposite eye. Press the single measurement button once. Wait for the confirmation beep, then remove the device to read the temperature on the digital display.

Warnings & Precautions:

_ For screening and physiological thermal tracking use only; it should never replace a comprehensive evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.

_ Avoid taking readings immediately after a patient has been swimming, bathing, or wearing earphones, as localized moisture or heat retention can skew results.

_ Clean the probe tip gently after each use with an alcohol-moistened cotton swab; never submerge the device in water or harsh chemical detergents.

_ Store inside its protective casing in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight, extreme humidity, and out of reach of young children.
