AVITRYL 10 – 250 ML Veterinary Injection Solution contains Enrofloxacin 100 mg/ml, a broad-spectrum antibiotic from the fluoroquinolone group, intended for the treatment of sensitive bacterial infections in cattle and calves when administered via subcutaneous injection. Veterinary uses: Avitryl 10 is used to treat a wide range of bacterial diseases affecting: Respiratory system Digestive system Urinary and reproductive system Caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as Mycoplasma and Chlamydia. Indications for use in cattle and calves: Pasteurella haemolytica pneumonia Mycoplasma (Mycoplasma bovis) infections Hemorrhagic septicemia Salmonella Urinary and reproductive system infections Skin infections Bacterial diarrhea Acute mastitis (E. coli – Staphylococcus aureus – Mycoplasma agalactiae) Composition: Active ingredient: Enrofloxacin 100 mg per 1 ml Excipients: Potassium hydroxide, Butyl alcohol, Water for injection Dosage and method of use: Administration method: Subcutaneous injection only Dose: Cattle and calves: 2.5 – 5 mg enrofloxacin / kg live weight, equivalent to: 1.25 – 2.5 ml per 50 kg live weight Treatment duration: 3 consecutive days or as directed by the veterinarian Lambs: 14 days Milk: 7 days Warnings and precautions: For veterinary use only Keep out of reach of children Adhere to recommended doses and do not exceed them Preferably used under veterinary supervision Storage: Keep in a dry place Below 30°C Made in Jordan Manufacturer: AVICO – Arab Veterinary Industrial Co.
