From the Qoji region and from the historic Hampela farms comes this premium Ethiopian crop with a completely new processing method "Super Natural" natural extended air drying. The crop was naturally processed under the sun for a longer period than the traditional method, continuously turning the coffee cherries throughout the day to ensure the best, evenly and uniformly dried coffee. This processing enhanced the fruitiness of the crop, highlighting pineapple acidity and berry sweetness, and it has a smooth creamy texture* suitable for espresso and hot and cold milk drinks and drip coffee.
