Arta herb

The plant of the Artah is a medicinal herbaceous woody plant belonging to the citrus family, and its height ranges approximately between 1-3 meters, and it has relatively few leaves, so it appears woody in shape. It also has red flowers that turn into flattened fruits covered with branched protrusions. Its cultivation is common in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is its original habitat. It is scientifically called Calligonum comosum, and it has several names including Al-Abali, Al-Ramu, Al-Artah, Al-Teeb, Al-Rasmah, Al-Arta, and Al-Abal.
