Booking and appointment policy

• Appointment confirmation fee: 575 riyals including tax , which will be deducted from the total service cost upon arrival.

• The appointment includes maintenance, dismantling and installation according to the service booked.

• The appointment confirmation fee is intended to ensure adherence to the scheduled appointment time.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the service starts on time.

• A maximum of 10 minutes of lateness is allowed from the scheduled start time . If the client does not arrive within this time, the appointment will be automatically canceled and they will be considered absent .

• If you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up, the appointment confirmation fee is non-refundable and cannot be refunded, transferred, or moved to another appointment . A new appointment must be booked and a new confirmation fee paid.

Completing the booking and paying the appointment confirmation fee means that you have read and agreed to the above booking and appointment policy.
