Pleasures of reading and labor of writing

Author: Abdul Jabbar Al Rifa'i Publisher: Takween Publications Year of publication: 2023 Number of pages: 192 Category: Biography *** Dr. Abdul Jabbar Al Rifa'i says... I am a reader before anything else and after everything else. Reading has never granted me a day off in my life; I have never found myself outside the embrace of reading, and I think I will not stop as long as I am alive. I have spent many more years of my life with it than I have with people. After this experience in reading, the reader becomes a writer, but reading still accompanies him and imposes its presence as a priority over writing. Writing schedules and deadlines do not last a moment when the passion for reading ignites. When I get bored of writing, I find comfort in reading, and when I lose focus after hours of reading, my awareness only awakens again through reading.
